I received confirmation from somebody who prefers to remain anonymous. Daniel was out on parole but apparently violated that parole, so he is back in prison to finish serving his full 10-year sentence. (Yay!!!) He was operating out of Mississippi and back to his old self, scams and all. His new alias was "Daniel Chase." Well, it's over... rot in non-peace, Daniel!!
