I just received a notice that Daniel's May 2nd court date has been postponed. The letter said I'd receive further instruction later, so I don't know when it'll actually be heard.

Also, here's some useful info from our friend Pat:

I just logged into the Maryland website and see that Daniel's cases are closed, with a statement of "Jury Trial Prayed". I called Liet. Knight to ask him and he said that it is Daniel's right to have a jury trial, which he has opted for. Which now takes all his cases to the Circuit Court.

Liet. Knight said that often the attorneys ask for that so they can have more time to prepare for the case. He said Daniel's fate will be determined by 12 men and women and it will be taken out of the judges hands.
