I hope everyone appreciates that Daniel's uncle was on the Disabilities Advisory Committee of Washington Cty. Has anyone contacted him and gotten an answer?
Has anybody tried to contact the FBI?
Fairfax country police will only investigate fraud if both the victim and the crime happened in the county -- not outside.

Well that fellow claims that he is not his uncle, but I strongly suspect that he is. I'd love for somebody to do some research (any private investigators on this forum?) to tell us for sure.
I heard from a fellow at XM Radio (I think he's one of their lawyers) that the FBI is now investigating Daniel's claims that he's with XM Radio. Hope this one gets elevated. Also, just heard from a police officer in Washington DC and sent him all the contact info I currently have. |
